Terms of service.

By using Strivvex, submitting a request, accepting an option or participating as a supplier, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

Strivvex is a curated business-services marketplace, not an open public bidding directory. Strivvex may qualify a request, invite selected suppliers, collect responses, present approved options, coordinate payment status and manage the Job through delivery.

Supplier identities, costs, commercial margin and contact details may remain controlled until the approved commercial point in the Job. A supplier may perform all or part of the delivery while Strivvex remains the managed commercial route described in the accepted offer.

Website prices are starting points. Before payment, the client receives a quote, proposal or checkout summary stating the deliverables, exclusions, price, payment schedule and delivery timeline for the Job.

The accepted quote or proposal controls the Job-specific scope. A material change requested afterwards may change the price or timeline, but only after the change is explained and accepted.

• provide complete, accurate information and lawful files;
• provide required access, approvals and feedback within the agreed timeframe;
• ensure submitted content does not infringe another person's rights or violate applicable law;
• protect account credentials and authorised user access; and
• pay accepted amounts when due.

Prices are in South African rand unless stated otherwise. VAT is not currently charged by Strivvex; if this status changes, the applicable quote or checkout will state the tax treatment.

Deposits, milestone payments, subscriptions and final balances are payable as stated in the accepted offer. Online payments may be processed by Paystack or another approved provider; manual EFT may be offered for selected Jobs. Third-party, travel or usage costs are disclosed before acceptance when they apply.

The delivery timeline begins when the required deposit, access, information and approvals have been received. Client delays, supplier availability, travel, platform review periods and approved scope changes may move the delivery date.

Strivvex will communicate a material delay and provide a revised plan. Typical fulfilment windows and delivery methods are set out in the delivery policy.

Each party keeps ownership of material it owned before the Job. The client grants Strivvex and the appointed supplier permission to use submitted content only as reasonably needed to quote, deliver and support the Job.

Ownership or licensing of new deliverables is stated in the accepted offer. Unless that offer says otherwise, reusable tools, software components, methods and know-how remain the property of their original owner, while the client receives the agreed right to use the completed deliverable after full payment.

Cancellation and refund rights are explained in the cancellation policy and refund policy. Those policies form part of these terms and do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African consumer law.

Strivvex is responsible for supplying the managed service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the Job was accepted.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that may not legally be excluded. Concerns should first be sent to info@strivvex.com so the parties can try to resolve them promptly. These terms are governed by South African law.
