Cancellation policy.

You can cancel a request or Job by notifying Strivvex. The financial outcome depends on whether an offer was accepted and how much work or cost has already been committed.

Strivvex services and marketplace Jobs

Before accepting a quote

A request may be withdrawn before a quote, proposal or checkout is accepted. There is no cancellation charge unless the client separately approved paid discovery, travel or another preliminary service.

Cooling-off rights

Where an agreement resulted from direct marketing and the Consumer Protection Act applies, the client may cancel in writing within five business days after the agreement or delivery of the service, as applicable. Any statutory right that applies takes priority over this policy.

After accepting a quote or paying a deposit

Cancellation must be sent as soon as possible to info@strivvex.com. Include the client name and Job or invoice reference.

Strivvex may retain or charge a reasonable amount for work already completed, reserved supplier capacity, travel already incurred and non-recoverable third-party costs, where permitted by law. The amount depends on the nature of the service, the notice given and whether the reserved capacity can reasonably be reassigned.

Recurring services and subscriptions

A recurring service can be cancelled for future billing by giving the notice stated in the accepted offer. Unless that offer provides a shorter period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Usage, onboarding or work already supplied remains payable.

If Strivvex cancels

If Strivvex cannot deliver the accepted service and the client does not accept a reasonable replacement or revised plan, Strivvex will refund the amount paid for the undelivered portion. This does not apply where delivery is temporarily blocked by missing client information, access, approval or payment.

What happens to money already paid

Any refund is calculated and processed under the refund policy. A written breakdown will be provided when work or committed costs are deducted from the amount paid.
