Pricing and payment terms.
Every job is priced for your brief. Before you pay anything, you get a confirmed scope, final price, payment schedule and timeline in writing.
How the final price is confirmed
The final price depends on the scope, quantity, locations, travel, timing, integrations, hosting, usage and any third-party costs. We confirm all of this in writing before you accept or pay.
If you ask for something extra after accepting, we price it and get your approval before adding it. Adding ordinary items or information through an included admin tool is not charged as new development, unless it needs a new workflow, integration or delivery commitment.
Deposits, balances and subscriptions
- Capture and project services may need a deposit before they are scheduled, with the balance due before publication or handover.
- Subscriptions and managed services are billed on the cycle shown in the option you accept.
- Larger custom projects may use a deposit followed by milestone payments.
- You can pay through the secure online checkout or by EFT, when either is offered on your job.
Currency, VAT and additional costs
Prices are in South African rand. Strivvex is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged at present. If that changes, your quote and checkout will show the VAT before you pay.
Travel, platform publishing, messaging, storage, advertising, third-party subscriptions and usage-based services are included only when the option you accept says so. Any extra cost is shown before you accept.
