When the delivery timeline begins

The delivery timeline begins once Strivvex has received the required deposit or payment, complete brief, access, source material and any approval needed to start. The accepted quote or proposal remains the final delivery commitment for that Job.

Typical service timelines

  • Google Street View and interactive virtual tours: capture is scheduled in the accepted quote; a standard first delivery is usually provided within five business days after the completed capture and receipt of all required content.
  • 360 vehicle and product spins: a standard first delivery is usually provided within five business days after the completed capture or receipt of suitable source assets. Larger batches receive a confirmed schedule before payment.
  • Moteef and Branch Review Manager: standard setup is usually completed within five to ten business days after all brand, profile and access requirements are supplied.
  • Agency OS and custom software: delivery follows the milestones and acceptance stages in the approved proposal.

How services are delivered

  • digital files, links and approvals may be delivered through the secure Job workspace or the client's approved email address;
  • hosted tours and software are made available at the approved URL or account;
  • Google Street View publication is submitted after approval, but public processing and visibility timing remain subject to Google; and
  • physical capture, onboarding or training appointments are confirmed directly with the client.

Approvals and revisions

The accepted offer states what review or revision cycle is included. Clients should provide one clear set of feedback within the stated approval window. A material scope change or delayed approval may require a revised delivery date, which Strivvex will confirm before continuing.

Delays and missed delivery

If a material delay becomes likely, Strivvex will explain the cause and provide a revised delivery plan. Weather, travel, supplier availability, platform review periods, unavailable locations and delayed client inputs can affect timing.

If Strivvex cannot deliver within a reasonable revised period and the client does not accept another solution, the client may cancel the undelivered portion and request the applicable refund.
