Strivvex Pty Ltd operates the Strivvex website and managed business-services marketplace in South Africa. For privacy questions or requests, email info@strivvex.com.

This policy applies when you browse the website, submit a request, participate as a supplier, use a Strivvex workspace, accept an option, make a payment, or communicate about a Job.

Depending on how you use Strivvex, this may include:

• name, business name, email address and telephone number;
• account, role and sign-in information;
• service briefs, locations, budgets, timelines, answers, messages and uploaded files;
• supplier profiles, capabilities, coverage areas, quotes and delivery information;
• accepted offers, invoices, payment status and transaction references; and
• limited device, browser and public-site analytics information when optional analytics is enabled.

• to qualify requests and operate the managed Job workflow;
• to invite appropriate suppliers and share only the information required for them to respond or deliver;
• to present options, process payments, manage delivery and provide support;
• to secure accounts, prevent misuse and keep an operational record of decisions and activity;
• to meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations; and
• to improve public service discovery using consented analytics that excludes private briefs, files, quotes and payment values.

Strivvex may share relevant information with selected suppliers, technology providers and professional advisers only where it is needed to operate, secure or support the service. Rival supplier quotes, supplier costs and Strivvex margin are not made public.

Payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. Strivvex does not store complete payment-card details. A provider such as Paystack processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Some infrastructure or payment providers may process information in South Africa or other countries. Where personal information is transferred across borders, Strivvex requires an appropriate legal basis and protection consistent with applicable data protection law.

Strivvex does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of Strivvex, its users or the public.

Strivvex uses role-based access, authenticated workspaces, controlled file handling and reputable infrastructure providers to reduce unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No online system can eliminate every security risk.

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably required to deliver the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. It is then deleted, anonymised or securely archived where the law requires continued retention.

You may ask Strivvex to confirm whether it holds your personal information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or request deletion where retention is no longer lawful or necessary.

Requests can be sent to info@strivvex.com. Strivvex may need to verify your identity first. You may also lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator.
